Number of full time graduate students (except those who got full recovery of educational costs) of state and municipal educational institutions of tertiary education recruited into Armed Forces. Number of full time graduate students who learned using all-level budget funds during the period from October 1 of the previous year to September 30 of the current year and recruited into Armed Forces.
