LLC "Institute for the Development of the Construction Industry" was established in October 2012. The main activities of the Institute are: the development of databases in the field of housing construction; carrying out of research works in the sphere of administrative procedures in construction; Expert activity in the field of development of operational documentation for residential buildings and premises in them. The Institute's works are submitted for consideration by the Ministry of Construction of Russia , the Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow , the National Association of Housing Developers , and other state and non-governmental organizations.
