      Notes: 1.Cost of crude oil imports and deliveries from other Member States, for purposes other than transit and intended to cover the needs of a Member State, and crude oil produced and refined in a Member State, whose production is more than 15 % of its annual crude oil supply. 2.The cif price includes the fob price (the price actually invoiced at the port of loading), the cost of transport, insurance and certain charges linked to crude oil transfer operations.
